This mansion was designed by architect Henri Parent in 1884 and purchased in 2015 by the Domaine Clarence Dillon, the owner of Haut-Brion grands crus, to use as its showcase in Paris: a luxurious and refined venue dedicated to gastronomy and French wine.
An initial diagnostic programme allowed us to highlight the building’s intrinsic qualities, such as the magnificent spaces and delicate, late-19th-century decorative work that a series of functional additions had concealed.
